Estimates Backed by Field Experience
Our numbers come from crews who build the work. Bluff City Electrical has worked approximately 400,000 hours at Ford BlueOval City and major industrial sites and is currently supporting AI data center work for Stargate, Google, DataBank and 5C. That field experience shapes how we price labor, sequence work and plan manpower.
As a union IBEW/NECA contractor working with IBEW Local 474 in Memphis and IBEW Local 175 in Chattanooga, we can price projects that need a large, qualified workforce. We are licensed in Tennessee, Mississippi and Arkansas, carry an EMR of 0.70, and are SBA VetCert certified as an SDVOSB and VOSB, which helps primes on federal projects meet small business goals.
What to Include in Your Request
The more we know, the faster and more accurate your estimate will be. Helpful details include the project location, type of facility, drawings or specifications if available, bid date, schedule, and whether you need a budget number or a firm proposal.
